FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What should I do if the camera is unavailable?

First check whether camera permission is granted for QRAll in iOS Settings. If the camera is denied or unavailable, you can still try scanning from Photos or parsing clipboard text.

What permission is needed to scan from Photos?

QRAll needs photo library read access. The app only requests or uses it when you tap the photo-based scan flow.

Does QRAll read my clipboard automatically?

No. Based on the current implementation, clipboard text is only read after you tap the clipboard action or the related shortcut.

Why are some formats documented but not directly creatable?

Some formats are included as reference or rules guidance in the app, but not every documented format is currently supported as a native create flow.

How do I save scanned contacts or calendar events to iOS?

Saving contacts requires Contacts permission, and saving events requires Calendar permission. The result screen exposes the relevant actions when the content type supports them.

How do I clear history, recent items, or saved templates?

Use the Library or Tools-related actions to clear Recent, History, Saved, and image cache. Those cleanup actions affect local device data.
