1. Overview
QRAll is a QR code and barcode tool for iPhone and iPad. It supports live scanning, photo recognition, clipboard-based parsing, structured QR creation, payment QR flows, selected business barcode formats, image and document exports, and a local workspace for reopening past items.
- QRAll does not require account registration or sign-in for its core scan, create, and export flows.
- Based on the current implementation, workspace data is stored locally on the device rather than uploaded to a QRAll backend.
- When you open external links, payment pages, or web content, those destinations are handled by the relevant third-party services.
2. Data Stored on Device
To let you reopen, favorite, export, and continue editing, QRAll may store the following on your device:
- Scan results and created items, including entries shown in Recent, History, and Saved.
- Favorite templates, style preferences, preview assets, and related reusable resources.
- Cached or persisted visual assets such as preview images, style logos, and artistic source images.
- Local settings such as language preference.
The current project uses Core Data and local file storage for its workspace, so this information normally stays on your device unless you explicitly share, export, copy, or open external content.
3. System Permissions
QRAll requests and uses system permissions only when they are needed for a specific action:
- Camera: for live QR code and barcode scanning.
- Photos read access: for detecting QR codes and barcodes from images in your library.
- Photos add access: for saving generated QR codes or barcodes to your photo library.
- Contacts: for saving scanned contact cards into Contacts.
- Calendars: for adding scanned calendar events to Calendar.
- Clipboard: only after you tap the clipboard action or related shortcut.
If you deny a permission, the related feature may not work, but other app areas that do not depend on that permission can still remain available.
4. Network Access Cases
QRAll’s core scan and create workflows do not depend on a sign-in system, but network access can still occur in these cases:
- When you open websites, maps, payment links, or other external destinations from a result.
- When you open support pages such as Help Docs or Privacy & Terms inside the app.
- When certain style templates fetch remote favicons or brand logos as visual reference assets.
This support website is hosted on Firebase Hosting. Like most hosting infrastructure, it may process basic request information needed to deliver pages and maintain platform security. Based on the current site implementation, we do not add custom analytics, account systems, or form-based data collection on top of that hosting setup.
5. Sharing and Exports
When you choose to share, export, copy, or save content, that data leaves the local QRAll workspace according to your action.
- Codes can be exported as PNG, PDF, SVG, or JPEG, and some artistic styles also support GIF, APNG, or MP4.
- Workspace data can be exported as CSV, TXT, or PDF.
- When you copy to the clipboard, save to Photos, or use the system share sheet, later handling is determined by iOS and the target app or service.
6. Retention and Deletion
- Local workspace data remains on the device until you delete individual items, clear Recent / History / Saved, or remove the app.
- Cached remote logos and template-related assets can be cleared through in-app tools.
- Infrastructure-level request logs or technical records may be retained by the hosting platform under its own operational policies.
7. Terms of Use
- You are responsible for the content you create, scan, export, print, share, or distribute using QRAll.
- You must not use QRAll for illegal, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purposes.
- Third-party sites, payment services, map services, and social platforms have their own terms and privacy policies, and QRAll is not responsible for their content or behavior.
- QRAll is provided on an “as is” basis. We aim to keep the product useful, but we do not guarantee that every external link, payment format, or device capability will always remain available.
- If the product, permissions, or deployment setup changes in the future, this page may also be updated and the date above may change accordingly.
